Shipment processing time
All orders placed before midnight on Sunday are processed within 3-4 days to arrive by Thursday/ Friday.
You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once we dispatch your box which will give you a 2-4 hour delivery window
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We currently ship via UPS Standard - estimated delivery time 1-2 days @ £5.95 per box
We do not currently ship on weekends or Bank Holidays. Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic shipments may take longer to be fulfilled.
DAMAGES & RETURNS
Famous At Home is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Famous At Home is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
We do not currently ship outside of the mainland United Kingdom.
